This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling AI-powered applications for high-impact public sector deployments. Engaging at every stage of the development lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to full-scale implementation this position ensures AI solutions are secure, scalable, and operationally effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with public sector teams to develop and deploy AI-driven applications.
Design and optimize full-stack solutions using Python, JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure.
Guide best practices for AI integration, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
Work cross-functionally with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to maximize AIs operational impact.
Qualifications:
5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in customer-facing or embedded roles.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Experience deploying and scaling production AI applications.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
