Data Scientist
TS/SCI/Poly clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
- Data visualization products using tableau or other data visualization tools
- Performance metrics, conduct statistical analyses and apply decision models to
- Address business process challenges;
- Query databases using SQL with structured data and perform statistical analysis;
- Gather and process raw data at scale by using statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, and Scala);
- Develop a familiarity with machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical methods, such as regression, clustering, decision trees, exploratory data analysis methodology, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, and neural networks.
Qualifications:
- Current TS/SCI with polygraph
- Experience with Tableau, SQL and Python
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related technical discipline
- Experience developing dashboards using Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Python (Pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, standard libraries, etc.), Python packages, Machine Learning (packages for NLP, Object Detection, etc.),
- Python, Linux Data Science / Data Engineering role
- Data sets, both structured and unstructured
- Strong Python experience, including working with key Python Data Science packages (Pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn), the Python standard libraries, and making requests to APIs from Python (FastAPI, etc.)
