AI/ML Software Engineer
Location: Sarasota, FL
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Salary: $135,000 – $200,000
Hiring an AI/ML Software Engineer to support signal processing efforts in a cleared environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to work on impactful technical challenges.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML (3–5 years preferred)
- Strong foundation in deep learning, transformer architectures, and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Programming experience with statistical and signal analysis libraries
- Familiarity with MLOps and full pipeline development — from model design to testing and deployment
Preferred (not required):
- Knowledge of digital signal processing and RFML
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and prompt design
- Interest in autonomous systems and real-time decision-making using AI
