Site Reliability Engineer
Secret clearance is required.
We are looking for an elite hands-on systems engineer who thrives in high-stakes, complex environments. This role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, cloud infrastructure, and automation. Expect to own, build, and secure massive-scale infrastructure, writing the code and deploying the systems that defend against advanced threats.
Responsibilities:
- Build Kubernetes from the ground up, operating large-scale clusters across cloud and air-gapped environments.
- Engineer and automate enterprise cloud infrastructure, designing resilient, high-performance security platforms.
- Write and optimize Linux scripts, Python automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline operations.
- Develop and manage massive security data pipelines, handling terabytes of real-time telemetry.
- Dig into system internals, troubleshoot performance at the OS level, and optimize distributed security systems.
- Work independently at a high level, making critical architectural decisions while staying hands-on with implementation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hardcore systems engineering experience, with expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and automation.
- Fluency in Linux, Python, and shell scripting. Comfortable writing code that controls, monitors, and secures enterprise infrastructure.
- Deep networking and security knowledge, understanding system internals, monitoring, and threat response.
- A self-directed, execution-driven mindset, capable of operating as a high-value independent contributor.
- Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or higher).
